Donations

Thousand Smiles is a 501(c)3 Non Profit Corporation. All donations are tax deductible. In the event a donor is audited and asked for the Federal Taxpayer Identification Number it is 33-0169980. Donations should be made out to Thousand Smiles Foundation and should be sent to P.O. Box 606, Bonita, CA 91908. All monetary donations go into the general account. This money is used to pay for the clinic supplies, meds, gas and electric, building maintenance, etc. If you want your donation to be earmarked for some special use it is recommended that you contact the Board of Directors before doing so. Supplies

Unsolicited donations of supplies is in general discouraged. Often, we receive donations that are of little use, or have expired (or will expire before they could be used), and must be thrown out.
