Friday Night Dinner Ticket Sales and Support
Traditionally, we all meet Friday evening (the first day of the clinic) for a meal at Broncos. Tickets for the event are sold that day at the clinic.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate ticket sales on Friday. Ensure that we sell at least 60 tickets.
- Ensure that Broncos (or designated dinner location) is aware of dates, times, and rough numbers of attendees by 2pm on Friday.
- Collect tickets from volunteers at dinner.
- Count and prepare money and pay the restaurant.
