Friday Night Dinner Ticket Sales and Support

Traditionally, we all meet Friday evening (the first day of the clinic) for a meal at Broncos. Tickets for the event are sold that day at the clinic.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure that Broncos (or designated dinner location) is aware of dates, times, and rough numbers of attendees.
  • Coordinate ticket sales on Friday
  • Collect tickets at dinner
  • Count and prepare money and pay the restaurant.
