Friday Night Dinner Ticket Sales and Support

Traditionally, we all meet Friday evening (the first day of the clinic) for a meal at Broncos. Tickets for the event are sold that day at the clinic.

Responsibilities include:

Coordinate ticket sales on Friday. Ensure that we sell at least 60 tickets.
Ensure that Broncos (or designated dinner location) is aware of dates, times, and rough numbers of attendees by 2pm on Friday.
Collect tickets from volunteers at dinner.
Count and prepare money and pay the restaurant.
