Friday Night Dinner Ticket Sales and Support

Traditionally, we all meet Friday evening (the first day of the clinic) for a meal at Broncos. Tickets for the event are sold that day at the clinic.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate ticket sales on Friday. Ensure that we sell at least 60 tickets.
  • Ensure that Broncos (or designated dinner location) is aware of dates, times, and rough numbers of attendees by 2pm on Friday.
  • Collect tickets from volunteers at dinner.
  • Count and prepare money and pay the restaurant.
