President's Duties
Non-clinic duties
- Convene board meetings
- Chair board meetings
- Plan board meeting agenda with secretary
- Act as organizational figurehead
- Promote image of project in the community and in Mexico
- Represent the organization with-in the community
- Represent the organization with-in Rotary
- Develop and execute a long range (two year) project
- Develop long range plans and goals
Clinic duties
- Greet and thank volunteers
- Host visiting observers and dignitaries
- Host clinic dinner
- Be available from start of clinic to closing at the clinic site
