President's Duties

Non-clinic duties

• Convene board meetings
• Chair board meetings
• Plan board meeting agenda with secretary
• Act as organizational figurehead
• Promote image of project in the community and in Mexico
• Represent the organization with-in the community
• Represent the organization with-in Rotary
• Develop and execute a long range (two year) project
• Develop long range plans and goals

Clinic duties

• Greet and thank volunteers
• Host visiting observers and dignitaries
• Host clinic dinner
• Be available from start of clinic to closing at the clinic site
